Today we’re welcoming a japanese fans who wants to remain anonymous.
Thank you for answering the interview. First, introduce yourself : your name (or nickname), age, status (job, student, etc) Do your acquaintances know that you have idols as your hobby? What do they think of it?
It’s a secret! (name and age). When working, only one senior knows I love Keyaki, bc I used Keyaki Line stamp, and then she said to me you are so young lol
How did you got to know Keyakizaka? Were you into other idols beforehand?
I was firstly a fan of AKB48, and secondly Nogizaka46, and after that I became a big fan of Keyakizaka46. While being a Wota, we have always heard the news of new group would be made.
Who is your oshimen, and why? What do you think is her main appeal? (Or are you a DD)
My oshi is Techi. She is so cool especially when she is performing, and she is also so cute especially when she is released from Keyakizaka center.
Have you been to concerts before? Or handshake? If yes, what was your impressions?
As for Keyakizaka46, I only have experience of joining mini live before hs. It was nice, but there was not Techi, so I was not totally satisfied.
Do you collect goods, like towel, glowstick, or cards? How much do you spend for your idol hobby in average?
I am not so interested in goods. I sometimes buy magazines that Techi appears.
What’s your favourite A-side? And why?
Garasu wo ware. It is so cool and dance looks very awesome.
Where do you get your informations? Social network, video platform, magazine, others?
SNS especially Twitter.
What do you think of the japanese fandom? Have you interacted with them in real life or just Social network?
I think they are so shy to interact to foreign fans bc there is no need for them to interact, unfortunately.
What do you think of the foreign fandom? People being fans of a japanese group, completely different of their culture? Do you think Management should show interest going more global?
As a Japanese, I am very proud that Keyakizaka46 is loved internationally. I did not know there were so many fans tho Keyakizaka46 had never been to foreign countries like AKB48. I think it is more cooler just having activities only in Japan, but have many foreign fans, so management do not have to make Keyakizaka46 have activities in foreign country. It is also bc recently many members have health problems, so I think it is easy for them just only perform in Japan.
Recently Hiragana and Kanji are doing more and more activities separately. What do you think of it?
I think it is good thing. Kanji21 is already cool enough and Hiragana will have more chance if they have activities separately.
Recently hiragana 2nd gen has debuted their activities. What are your expectation for them?
They should try to make bonds with 1st gen more. But they are already all pretty.
Recently we’ve seen Yuichanzu Wcenter for Glass o ware. What are your thoughts on changing center?
I wish Techi were there in some music programs, but if there was not Techi, it was ok. Yuichanzu did their best.
Japanese and Foreign culture diverge on some topic, like love ban rule. What is your opinion on this? As for underage members, it is safe for not having any love if they do not want to lose their fans. Japanese fans seem idols as their own lovely girl.
Overall, What do you think makes keyakizaka different? What do you think of the current keyakizaka? Doing well or points to improve? Thank you for your time. If you have a shoutout to do, please go ahead.
Keyakizaka46 is only idol group which can be both cool and pretty. Especially Techi’s performance lead Keyakizaka46 cooler than other idol groups. But now Techi have some trouble with her health (I do not know for sure), so the rest of members will compensate for her absence.
